Enrich Lives Community

Enrich Lives Community is a vibrant platform designed to create meaningful connections and foster a sense build an empathetic community by of belonging among ABG employees and their families. Our vision bridging the gap between family at work and family at home, nurturing bonds of social interdependence, trust, and reciprocity.

The Enrich Lives Community is rooted in the belief that the most powerful evolutionary progress for humans has come through cooperation and collaboration in groups, akin to families. At ABCEL, we co-created the Enrich Lives Community through a participatory design process, inviting employees to be co-creators. This community is informed by extensive insights gathered through surveys, interviews, and design-led qualitative research. Our goal is to nurture bonds of social interdependence, trust, and generalised reciprocity among our members.

The Enrich Lives Community is hosted on a dynamic platform, leveraging technology to create smaller units based on geographical proximity. These units, known as circles, consist of employees and their family members. Within these circles, members can volunteer and request support. The community thrives on two fundamental pillars: Socials and Family Missions. Socials are curated experiences that allow circle members to bond with their tribe, while Family Missions are areas for mutual support for and by ABG families.

The Enrich Lives Community aims to knit together extended networks of trust and social belongingness among ABGs employees and their families. It goes beyond facilitating one-time acts of assistance, aiming to create a sustainable and supportive community that enriches the lives of its members.
